Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just your email address. We'll ask for payment details when your trial ends.
What happens after my trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account moves to a read-only state — you can still view your data but can't launch new campaigns.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What's the difference between a subscription and pay-per-project?
Subscriptions give you unlimited projects for a flat monthly fee — best if you bid on 2+ projects per month. Pay-per-project is a one-time charge per project — best for occasional bidders.
Can I use ConDocs for projects outside New York?
At launch, ConDocs covers New York agencies (NYSDOT, MTA, NYC DDC, DASNY, OGS, Port Authority). New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, and Massachusetts are coming soon. If you need coverage in another state, contact us.
Does ConDocs generate the actual GFE forms I submit to the agency?
Yes. ConDocs auto-generates agency-specific GFE documentation packages from your campaign data, including the cover page, firm outreach log (Exhibit A), and prime contractor certification (Exhibit B). NYSDOT CONR 391/392, MTA Schedule B/DBE-3, and NYC DDC forms are supported at launch.
